On our last day in London we headed down Brick lane so that we would be able to get some quirky pictures.

The graffitti was awesome!

We found a really quirky vintage market down  in the basement of a warehouse. The stuff there was so cheap and so nice. they had bomber jackets, old levi's and plenty of accessories.

After fabric shopping we hauled all of our bags around Liberty's.

I loved liberty's! It was so inspiring. If i had any money left i probably would of bought something just to say that i had bought something from Liberty's.

We went to Liberty's on valentines day and the front of the shop was so pretty. it was filled with roses for sale of all different colours.

Fabric at liberty's!

BOXPARK!

Boxpark is a wide range of storage containers which have been painted and re designed to from little shops, bars and cafes. I really liked Boxpark as it was so quirky and different.

It would be so nice to have a little shop here, but so expensive!

Whilst we were in london a few of us decided to get our fabrics for our collection as they were so cheap and they had such a variety. i found everything i was looking for at half the price i would of payed here at home.

The number of fabrics they had was enormous. It was like a little Aladins cave!

During our stay in London we stayed at Kensington West hotel. The hotel was very basic but very clean and tidy and we all had a lovely stay :)

A few pictures form the V&A which i liked the most. i have decided that i want to maybe do period dresses next year.

this was a corset at the V&A if you can see the waist on it is tiny!

Notes of ideas from the victorian era.

Just got back from our trip to london. we visited the V&A and hung around at LFW.

There were lots of different people there trending dofferent colours and clothes.

we visited the Valentino exhibition. The garments within the exhibition were beautiful and really embellished. It has inspired me to maybe from a collection next year made of hand embellished pieces.

I am really confident about all my designs and think they will turn out really well as a collection. As i am designing for Autumn / Winter i have designed denim jackets to go over the top of the dresses.
